Duck Life 4 Remastered
Build a team of ducks, train five racing skills and travel through six worlds to challenge the Fire Duck.
Story
A year after genetically modified ducks were banned,
Fire Duck dominates duck racing. An unnamed new trainer raises a team and travels through six worlds to challenge the champion. The player gives the protagonist a name.
Building a team
Create your first
Ducks, then train, feed and race. Buy
Eggs to add more ducks. Each duck keeps its own skills and
Energy; a team can contain up to six ducks.
World progression
Win a local ticket race, then win the three-round tournament to reach the next world. The Volcano replaces this sequence with three key races and a final challenge.
| World | Training | Progression |
|---|---|---|
Grassland | Running | Starting world; tournament opens Swamp |
Swamp | Swimming | Win Grassland tournament; local tournament opens Mountains |
Mountains | Flying | Win Swamp tournament; local tournament opens Glacier |
Glacier | Climbing | Win Mountains tournament; local tournament opens City |
City | Jumping | Win Glacier tournament; local tournament opens Volcano |
Volcano | Postgame arcade | Collect all three keys; challenge Fire Duck |
Training activities
Select individual training games. Each of the five skills has three activities in the redesigned edition. Energy is developed through food.
Racing and shops
Ordinary races are automatic and use the chosen duck’s trained skills.
Tournaments let you assign ducks to three rounds.
Shops sell eggs, hair, hats and costumes. Collect
Coins during training and win race prizes.
The final challenge
Win the three Volcano keys, open the locked box and trigger the encounter with
Fire Duck. The
Final challenge uses direct movement and jumping controls. Victory unlocks the
Golden Crown, improved trainers and the
Arcade.
