Battle’s currency buys equipment, upgrades, seeds and tournament entry.
Earning coins
Pick up coins in the overworld and in training, win local challenges and 
Tournaments, or spin the 
Wonder Wheel. A normal overworld coin adds one coin; collected overworld pickups are recorded in the save.
Spending
Buy equipment, improve it with 
Equipment Upgrades, pay tournament fees or visit the 
Salon. The 
Seed Seller sells seeds that improve all combat skills.
