Hose is a battle weapon with water normal attacks and water special attacks.
Attacks
Normal attacks have 1 hit at 8 base power per hit. Special attacks have 1 hit at 18 base power per hit. The special cooldown is 8 seconds before the Special skill’s charge modifier. These base powers are not the final damage after strength, armour, elemental effects or critical hits.
