Freeze ray
Freeze ray is a battle weapon with none normal attacks and ice special attacks.
Attacks
Normal attacks have 1 hit at 14 base power per hit. Special attacks have 1 hit at 20 base power per hit. The special cooldown is 12 seconds before the Special skill’s charge modifier. These base powers are not the final damage after strength, armour, elemental effects or critical hits.
