Snowballs is a battle weapon with ice normal attacks and ice special attacks.
Attacks
Normal attacks have 1 hit at 2 base power per hit. Special attacks have 3 hits at 2 base power per hit. The special cooldown is 9 seconds before the Special skill’s charge modifier. These base powers are not the final damage after strength, armour, elemental effects or critical hits.
