Balloon is a battle weapon with none normal attacks and electricity special attacks.
Attacks
Normal attacks have 1 hit at 1 base power per hit. Special attacks have 1 hit at 10 base power per hit. The special cooldown is 7 seconds before the Special skill’s charge modifier. These base powers are not the final damage after strength, armour, elemental effects or critical hits.
