Grassland has two local opponents. Swamp, Mountains, Glacier, City and Volcano each have three. Their dialogue highlights different racing skills; their exact race encounters appear on the world pages.

Progression

The designated ticket races open the first five Tournaments. The Volcano opponents award three keys for the Final challenge. The Fire Duck is the final named rival.
