Dialogue

Character	Dialogue
	Oho! Hello there, friend!
I couldn't help but notice that your Fishing Beach was looking a little empty
So, I put my carpentry skills to work and built you a nice pier
Ah yes, I'm rather happy with it myself, I must say!
From that pier, you'll be able to reach even further out to sea
Who knows, there might even be some new types of fish out there!
	No problem at all!
	Well, enjoy it now!
