Personality
Flippers trains partly to be ready to escape duck-eating tigers and is initially terrified of Tyler. Getting to know Tyler reveals a friendly tattoo artist instead. Flippers then enthusiastically praises the new friend while denying ever having been afraid.

Talk to Flippers in Toadstool Towers to begin the race. Winning makes Flippers available in the 
Recruiting Ducks queue.
