Frank "The Feet" Flatley
Frank "The Feet" Flatley is a member of the Mallard Gang in
Quackbeard's Cove. He boasts that his feet are unbeatable at running, paddling and tap dancing.
Personality
Frank is full of swagger and calls himself the fastest member of the gang. He wears a green mallard disguise and is as keen to talk about tap dancing as racing. The Mallard Gang arrived in the Cove aboard a battered ship, and Frank is always ready to show off his footwork.
Racing
Talk to Frank in Quackbeard's Cove and beat him in a race to earn his shovel. He claims to use it for gardening, but is rather evasive when asked. Unlike most local rivals, Frank does not join the recruitment queue after the race.
