Hot Air Balloon to retrieve it.

Well howdy-a-diddly-doo! What can I do for you?
But of course! Allow me to show you the art of...
Levitation!
If I take this shiny tower key here...
And say the magic incantation...
Sha-zam!
Et voila!
The key has disappeared completely, lost to the skies above!
That's... not the reaction I normally get
Oh... you're looking to enter the Tournament, are you?
Okay
All this anger is starting to make sense now
Sorry about this
Well worry not, you lucky ducky, for I have..
A solution!
You can use my magical Hot Air Balloon of wonder to find your key in the sky
You'll be able to reclaim it in the flick of a feather, I know it
Just walk up to the balloon when you want to give it a whirl
