Rupert
Rupert is a resident in
Cloud Kingdom in
Duck Life 9: The Flock.
Personality
Rupert is alarmed that the giant sunflower has connected the Cloud Kingdom to the ground. The prospect of ordinary ducks coming and going threatens the community’s exclusivity. Most upsetting of all is the thought that its residents might have to share their wealth.
