Walter
Walter is a racer in
Spring Meadows in
Duck Life 9: The Flock.
Personality
Walter likes comparing the fountain’s fast-flowing water to his own speed on the track. Despite spending so much time beside it, he cannot swim and wishes he could learn. Joining a flock appeals to him partly because its ducks might be able to teach him.
