The Cooking Pot turns crops and fish into meals for the flock.
Unlocking it
Talk to 
Mona the Mouse in 
Spring Meadows and complete her cooking tutorial. You can then build your own Cooking Pot through the 
Upgrade Well at Well level 1.
Cooking a meal
Learn cooking from Mona the Mouse in Spring Meadows, then build a pot in your village. Open it, choose ingredients from your bag and cook. Named recipes need the exact quantities and a sufficiently upgraded pot; other mixtures become medleys. See

Feeding and upgrades
Feed the meal to a selected duck or keep it in your bag. Meals restore Hunger and give 
Energy XP. Pot levels 1–5 allow Energy training up to levels 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100, and unlock more advanced recipes.
Building and upgrades
Use the Upgrade Well to build or improve this item. Leave its work area and entrances accessible.
