Upgrade Well and place it over an existing 
Wood House to upgrade that home.
Using the home
Finish construction and leave the entrance accessible so a resident can sleep here. Spare completed homes let queued 
Recruiting Ducks move into the flock. A full night’s rest gives 12; 
Jade’s blessing increases this reward by 50%.
Upgrading the home
Choose Fancy House at the Upgrade Well and place it over an existing Wood House. Finish the replacement before the upgraded home is ready. This is the highest housing tier.
