Gold Deposit supplies Gold for building and upgrading the village.
Unlocking it
Talk to 
Oriel in 
Cloud Kingdom and accept their offer to bring this resource to the village. It then appears in Resources at the 
Upgrade Well once you meet its Well-level requirement.
Gathering
Mine the deposit with a Hardwood or Gold Pickaxe. A starting Rusty Pickaxe is not strong enough. Direct a duck to the resource, or let residents choose their own work. Each successful collection adds 
Gold to your supplies. Improving the 
Pickaxe makes gathering more effective.
Building and recovery
You can build additional gold deposits from Upgrade Well. Leave room around it for working ducks. When depleted, it recovers after two minutes and can be harvested again.

Use the Upgrade Well to build this item. Leave its work area and entrances accessible. The costs below are starting costs; additional copies can cost more.
