Obtaining
Unlock it in 
Platy’s Smuggler’s Shop by completing 40 Mallard Gang tasks, then buy it for 100 coins. It can also be won as a special clothing prize from the 
Jelly Coin Machine.
Skill bonuses
Equip this item to add the following levels to the duck’s racing skills. Its bonuses combine with those of the other pieces it is wearing.

Shown on a plain yellow duck. The rotating preview turns through the six overworld directions.
Colour options
These are the 6 colour options. Recolour an owned item at the 
Dye Shop for 30 coins; changing its colour keeps the same skill bonuses.
