Buy a hat from the village Hat Shop for Platy.

How to complete

Winning a hat from Scruffy is a different task; this one asks for a shop purchase.

  1. Meet Edgar the Eagle in Crystal Desert.
  2. Build the Hat Shop through the Upgrade Well; its first level requires Well level 4.
  3. Open the shop, select a hat and buy it. Choose one whose skill bonuses suit a duck you use for racing.
  4. When the task is available and marked complete, return to Platy in The Flock Village and claim 70.
