Complete the loop to the town you did not choose at the opening bridge.

Follow the loop
From 
Waterfall Village, continue around the connected route toward the town on the other side of Egg Island.
Enter the other town
If you started in Race Town, enter 
Battle Town. If you started in Battle Town, enter 
Race Town. The objective advances on arrival.
